LIFT MASTER

Specialized small group training for youth athletes looking to develop skills, improve strength, and have fun!
Meet your trainer - Jim Coscina. He is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and the American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified trainer, and has designed this particular program to focus on athletic development and SAFE lifting form.
Jimmy has advanced training in Functional Movement Training (Level 2), StrongFirst, Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), and USA Olympic Weightlifting (Level 2). He has worked with countless athletes to develop skills and strength - all while helping them avoid injury.

Lifting has become an essential part of sports - and it doesn't just start at the college level now. High school programs are incorporating the weight room into the pre-season and during the season - which is great! For many athletes this leads to a huge jump in performance and decreased risk of injury.

But we think it could be even BETTER. What if your child could have specialized coaching from an expert in strength and conditioning? Going into a lifting program with lifting knowledge means they can spend time getting STRONG vs trying to figure out how to not hurt themselves.

And for the athletes that need a little more help learning the skills, this is your class. It's a small group (you can sign up with friends!), so Jimmy has the time and capacity to focus on each participant, vs your child being left in the back of the room struggling.

It's not just lifting. Jimmy will be teaching warm ups, foam rolling, recovery techniques and Plyometrics. All to help your athletes get the most of their programming.
